Editorial Policy

Hot Watches Sale aims to publish clear, useful and independently written watch content.

Our editorial process is based on accuracy, transparency and readable analysis rather than repeating manufacturer marketing language.

Research and Sources

Articles may draw on information from manufacturer websites, press material, technical documentation, established watch publications and other reliable public sources.

Whenever possible, important specifications such as case size, movement reference, power reserve, water resistance and material are checked against first party manufacturer information.

We do not intentionally present third party claims as verified facts.

Original Writing

Articles should add independent context, explanation or observation rather than simply reproduce another publication’s wording.

When discussing a new watch, we may consider its proportions, design changes, movement, everyday wearability and how it fits within the wider collection.

We aim to avoid exaggerated language and unnecessary keyword repetition.

Original and Replica Watches

Hot Watches Sale may discuss both original watches and replica or Swiss inspired designs.

We make a clear distinction between the specifications of an original manufacturer’s watch and those of third party products. An original calibre, material, finishing process or water resistance rating should not automatically be attributed to a replica product.

Author Attribution

Articles should display the correct author wherever possible.

Adam Green is the principal writer and editor of Hot Watches Sale. Author pages are intended to help readers understand who is responsible for the site’s content.

Corrections

Accuracy matters.

If we discover a factual error, outdated specification or misleading statement, we may revise the article.

Readers can report potential errors through our Contact page.

Commercial Relationships

Any paid placement, sponsored article or commercial relationship should be identified where applicable.

Editorial opinions should not be presented as independent when payment has materially influenced the content.

Updates

Older articles may be revised when a manufacturer releases corrected specifications, replaces a model or provides additional information.
